Comments: We toured almost the entire cave and dropped a 30' pit.
There were many really neat gypsum formations.
Name of Cave: Sullivan Cave

Comments: It was the first Hoosier Caving group trip. We all went
to the Mountain Room, Half went to the stream level to see the
Quarry and Spiral rooms, The other went back to the main passage and
explored it and the Merry Go Round Room. Afterward there were
drinks and food at the campfire.
Name of Cave: Shaft Cave
Nearest Town: Bloomington

Comments: Thoroughly explored the cave besides the downstream crawl.
We saw two awesome formation rooms, and photographed them both.
The Big Room was very impressive. Then we climbed the 20' and 75'
pits to exit the cave.

Comments. We visited most of the cave. There were some
really cool canyon passages with tall ceilings. We photographed
the many formations in the entrance and saw a neat little salamander.
